Everything was going fine until about 13% into it when I got a message saying it needed to restart to continue. I tried to update to 10.5.8 using the Apple Software Update built into OSX. So far this install has (for the most part) been a no brainer. I used the kext tool that came with the cd to install the network driver and got the system online with few problems. I did have to switch to IDE and shut off AHCI support, but once that was done I didnt even have to use the "-v" switch. ![]() ![]() Once I had some idea of what I was doing the install was actually very painless. Using Partion 3 (Mac Journaled) set to 248G (Windows 7RC1 used the first 2 partitions)Īfter a few hickups and trial and error I finally got it up and running.
